Executive Summary of the Project

This training video on Ultrasonic Testing (UT) for wind turbine blade joints was produced in Hindi and English for engineers and technicians. From recce at Andralek near Pune, to climbing 75 meters atop a turbine, shooting inside confined spaces, merging PPTs, adding voiceovers, and final rendering — every step was carefully executed to create a high-quality industrial training film with clear visuals and professional narration.

🔹 Case Study: Making of the Audiovisual

✅ Recce & Planning 🔸 Location visit to Andralek near Pune to assess turbine structure, safety, and camera setup. 🔸 Identified challenges of confined space shooting and safety gear required for climbing 75m.

✅ On-Site Shoot 🔸 Crew climbed the turbine’s monkey ladder to reach the nacelle cabin. 🔸 Special rigs used to capture inspection footage where human entry was restricted. 🔸 Approx. 35 minutes of raw inspection shoot captured with extended camera and lights.

✅ Editing & Integration 🔸 Rough cut merged with WWIL-provided PPTs and images (~45 minutes). 🔸 Edited and optimized to a crisp 25-minute training video. 🔸 Seamless sync of video, presentations, and technical explanations.
