The Home Page gives an overview of policies submitted and direct access to various lead stages. This also provide a direct access to Solutions i.e, List of Products, App Tracker, Policy Tracker,
Downloads for Brochures, forms etc.
Click + icon to create a “Lead Page.”
Here is the application process flow that will help you understand the process better.
Clicking Solutions will list all available products.

Clicking on a product will give its detailed.
App Tracker gives status of the leads. For example, 1 lead could have Fact
Finder status while 2 leads could be “SIS in progress.”
Once the Fact Finder stage is completed, the lead will reflect in “SIS in progress”, subsequently in “SIS Completed. “
Subsequently, the final stage – “Application in Progress. “
Click on “Policy Tracker” to get the status of all the policies.
For instance, a policy could have a Decline status while 2 policies could be in “UW pending” status.
This page will give a clear picture of where we stand, what needs to followed up or your next action.
Alternately, as an example of next status of the policy submitted, a policy could be initiated at Level 1, another rejected at Level 1, while yet another approved by Level 2.
To find the reason of rejection at level 1, click on that that policy.

This option will be highlighted only when online payment is chosen while filling the application.
SUPER – You will use this option to make payment, if the original online payment was rejected for any reason
Click here to add a new application with the same customer details
Click “Downloads” to find and download various resources such as product brochures, guidelines, documents etc.
Go back to the home page and click on + icon, to create a Lead Page.
Fill in the customer details such as Name, DOB, Gender, Address etc.
Once filled, click ‘Submit’.
Lead Details page appears. Continue with Fact Finder. As you progress, you will proceed automatically to the next stage - SIS and then to App Form.
This page will display the App Tracker Number
Click Continue for Need Analysis. This has 5 stages:
• Mandatory Details - Customer details like Customer Segment , Name, Bank Account details etc. Click continue to Proceed
Need Identification & Prioritization - Fill in Occupation, Income & Goals etc.
Click continue.
Fill in Preferred Payout Option & Risk Assessment
Select Recommended Products . Click Continue.
In the Fact Finder Output, Click on “Signature and Save”
Take the customers signature with a stylus
Take the customers signature with a finger.
Confirm & Save
View the form and Click Proceed for the next step
Click “Initiate New SIS.”
The SIS page has 5 stages -
• Insured Details - Fill in the details of person for whom the insurance is bought. Click Next.
Fill in Proposer details, that is, the person buying the policy. Click Next.
Fill in Plan Details such as Plan Name, Sum Assured, Annual Premium, Base Premium, Payment Mode, Premium Paying Term, Policy Term, Plan Code. Click Next.
Fund Details. Click Next
Rider details – Verify the name of the Rider.
Check the Sum Assured. Click Next to continue.
The SIS is generated…
Click her to Share the SIS
Click on “Sign”
Take signature of Customer.
Confirm…
And click on Proceed
Back to the Lead Page, Click Customer details in the App Form.
Customer Details are auto populated, Documents are uploaded & Agents details are required
Fill in the Personal Information such as Age Proof, Marital Status, DOB.
Click camera icon to take insurer & proposer photos

Click photos against a plain or white background
Set the camera orientation to landscape or Portrait
Improper document images captured will be rejected by NBFE* due to multipage proof that gets converted into PDF copies
