PROCESS: Open the box containing 4 bottles Take out a bottle from the box Remove the seal Take the gas dispensing unit and attach it to the bottle. The gas dispensing unit Fruitron is an all-weather stainless steel unit with diffusion resistant constant flow apparatus with precision control. The gas dispensing unit shows empty Attach the valve to the gas dispensing unit The gauge now shows maximum pressure Power on the system Do the settings in the system Set the dosing period and the number of rooms to be dosed with the time to be dosed Press the start button As the gas in the can is released, notice that the pressure keeps reducing in the gauge.
One bottle of Ripylene 200C is enough to ripen 200 tonnes of fruits When the dial reaches 10 tons, close the knob by rotating the knob clockwise. Keep the chamber closed for 24 hours After 24 hours, open the door or dampers for half an hour to release the heat and carbon dioxide. Every three hours open and close the dampers for half an hour. Repeat the process of opening and closing of chambers for the next 4 days. On the 4th day your fruits will be ready to be dispatched to the market. Remember to send the fruits to the market within 2 days before they blacken / spoil. Tighten the Ripylene-200C bottle connected to the system properly. Check the tube for connection leakages or cracks with soap solution.
