When Yes Bank sought a meaningful way to honor its outgoing Managing Director, the objective extended beyond a conventional farewell message. The organization wanted to capture the collective appreciation of employees across India and present it in a format that reflected both the scale of participation and the significance of the leader's contribution.
As a specialist in Corporate Storytelling and Employee Engagement videos, we were entrusted with creating a memorable visual experience that would resonate across all levels of the organization.
The project required a format capable of translating thousands of individual employee sentiments into a unified narrative. Rather than relying on traditional interviews or testimonial compilations, we developed an animated concept centered around employee-generated keywords and leadership attributes.
Words such as "Stalwart," "Brave," "Visionary," "My Leader," and "Inspiring" became the foundation of the story, representing the authentic voice of the workforce while reinforcing the Managing Director's legacy.
The visual concept was inspired by a dynamic starfield environment where employee-submitted words appeared, floated, and evolved in prominence based on popularity and relevance.
As the animation progressed, the words gradually converged to form a recognizable portrait of the Managing Director, creating a powerful emotional reveal that connected personal recognition with organizational appreciation.
