As a frontline player in supply chain, you have tremendous responsibility.
Whether in warehouse, during loading, at transit, unloading or at distributor’s site, the little care pays off.

Let’s make these our daily habit.
HABIT 1: DO NOT DRAG SHIPPERS ON THE FLOOR
Dragging a shipper will invariably break many packets of biscuits within, that you may not be aware. Making the shipper useless, cause losses and additional efforts of resending the lot.
At Mondelez, we care for our work force. We have designed our shippers light so that you can carry them effortlessly.
Avoid taking a short cut. The extra effort is definitely worth. It will save your efforts in re-sending the goods.
HABIT 2: DO NOT STORE THE BISCUITS SHIPPERS BELOW A HEAVIER SKU DURING STORAGE AND TRANSIT
What happens when you keep a heavy object over a light one?
The light one may get damaged, right? Elementary! Everyone knows it.
Also, keeping heavier SKU on top of a light one will make the entire stack unstable and may crash down during transit or cause an accident.
HABIT 3: DO NOT THROW THE SHIPPERS WHILE LOADING OR UNLOADING
Just because we have designed our shippers light for your good, please do not act Superman.
Throwing a shipper may appear cool, but you cannot see the damage to the fragile biscuits within. Remember, company’s loss is eventually your loss.
HABIT 4: FOLLOW THE ARROW DIRECTIONS DURING LOADING OF THE SHIPPERS
We understand that you work very hard. There are times when we get tired and tend to be little careless.
That’s OK. However stacking, without following the arrow directions may cause damage and return of the goods by the distributor and the retailer.
But a little care will save you from Finished goods being returned and resend the consignment.
HABIT 5: DO NOT SIT OR STAND ON THE SHIPPERS DURING DELIVERY TO THE DISTRIBUTOR / RETAILER
No place to sit? No! No! No! Not on the shippers please.
The shipper may not break but the fragile biscuits within will surely break
HABIT 6: FOLLOW THE STACKING NORMS MENTIONED ON THE SHIPPERS DURING STORAGE AT THE WAREHOUSE / DISTRIBUTOR WAREHOUSE
Good stacking habit will always ensure that the consumer gets a good product.
HABIT 7: ALWAYS FOLLOW FIRST IN FIRST OUT OR FIRST EXPIRY FIRST OUT PRINCIPLE WHILE SELLING THE PRODUCT TO RETAILERS.
Taking out random shippers from the front to make your work easy will invariably lead to old products remaining back and new products moving out.
This may soon result into accumulation of old products which will expire.
Always follow first in first out or first expiry first out principle while selling the product to retailers.
HABIT 8: KEEPS STACKS INTERLOCKED TO EACH OTHER TO PREVENT COLLAPSE
Stacking the shippers one above the other may result in collapse of the entire stack.
Keeps stacks interlocked to each other to reinforce and prevent collapse
